Damsel in distress

Damsel in distress
June 5, 2014 by andreaonderweg

I’ve told you about my accommodation for this ski season. It turns out it is in a strange location.

I live on a road in between the mountains, with a steep mountain wall on one side, behind the apartment complex. Every now and then you hear a sound coming from it.

Help… help…

It sounds like a hiker got in trouble and is shouting out something that resembles help. My housemate told me that some months back, this caused a lot of people to call the police. It got so far that the police had to put the word out that nothing was wrong. It turns out, this damsel in distress is just a goat.

Here’s the news article Silence of the goats.

haha so funny – a goat???? well this place looks awesome – you have such an interesting life – keep soaking it all up – you are getting very seasoned and that will have much value in all you do post traveling – unless you do this forever and ever – 🙂 but have a blessed summer my friend – and I enjoy your blog – even though I do not get here as much as I like to – <3
