Weekly photo challenge: Split-Second Story

I’ve arrived in Queenstown and am waiting for the ski season to start. More and more people come over, waiting for the same thing. In 2,5 weeks I’ll start working on one of the hills here. Both locals and tourists are getting excited since we had a massive dump of snow last week. Even in town the streets were covered with a layer of white. Workmen were scooping the snow off the sidewalks, people came to the park in masses to take photos of the snowy hills, and these boarders got their gear out and were ready for the first tracks.
